Chris the optician was friendly and very informative. A lady called Jan helped me choose my glasses and the Man on reception (who's name I can't remember) was very friendly while doing my pre sight test checks. Very very happy and would recommend over other opticians in the area without a second thought :0) thank you Boots opticians at broadstairs wwx!

I needed new contact lenses and it took a few trials to get it right. We always throughly discussed my needs and concerns It was never a problem and I was always greeted with a happy smiley face that made me feel like a valued customer. I cannot praise the staff enough especially Chris the optician who was extremely patient. I would definitely recommend this opticians.

Simple appointment procedure, tests carried out quickly and all the options offered for glasses. Excellent stuff!
